Migrants Tunneled Beneath Border Wall January 18 2018

It’s interesting that in the news today,  376 migrants (see video below), made up almost overwhelmingly of Guatemalan families and children seeking asylum, tunneled BENEATH the U.S.-Mexico border just before noon on Monday, January 14, 2019, approximately 4 ½ miles east of the San Luis commercial port of entry.

Earlier today, I posted an article researched earlier this week, on the border  crossings at San Luis, Arizona and Lukeville, Arizona. It’s quite easy to tunnel beneath a wall built on desert.

This demonstates the insanity of building  the wall, where the shut down and wall were the common core issues. $2.6 billion to plan, design and build 75 miles of wall, estimated the per-mile cost would be about $37 million, or nearly $67 billion for the entire 2,000-mile border.

Make it more expensive, more fabulous, a legacy to the Presidency.

Thank you President Trump.

The following is the list of your government employees hurt in some way by the government down. This is also the list of sources the Cruise Ship Wave Network uses, in part:  Agriculture Department (USDA),  Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Bureau of the Census, Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Circuit Courts of Appeal, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of State (DOS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Geological Survey (USGS), Homeland Security Department (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Justice Department (DOJ), National Health Information Center (NHIC), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS),  Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO),  United States Postal Service (USPS), Supreme Court of the United States, Transportation Department (DOT), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), United States Coast Guard (USCG), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Veterans Affairs Department (VA).

Beyond the financial pain government employees are going through on our behalf, if a shutdown lasts a month, some estimates show fourth quarter annualized GDP growth decreasing by 1.5-2 percentage points, which would be particularly damaging considering the economy is only projected to grow at between 2.3 and 2.5 percentage points. It’s bad for you, bad for me, bad for our families, friends, neighbors and the government family members working WITHOUT $$$pay$$$.
