Cruise Ship Complaints 2018 Upgrade Now Live – Our 2018 Cruise Ship Wave Network upgrade has continued with the renovation of Cruise Ship Complaints. Cruise Ship Complaints is where we had posted the complaints passenger had made to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), after they were unable to get a satisfactory resolution on their own.
The problem as been and always will be, using only the BBB to see the collection of complaints which are current and in some cases a long term part of business operations for some cruise lines is not enough. The cruise lines which primarily operate in Europe and Asia are a rapidly growing sector of the cruise industry and for the most part they don’t have a presence in the BBB..
The BBB is focused on cruise lines operating primarily in the United States. So, those businesses which operate primarily outside the U.S. don’t get complaints fielded through the BBB. We have expanded to 20 cruise lines which now include AMA Waterways, American Cruise Lines, Avalon Waterways, Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard Line, Disney Cruise Lines, Grand Celebration Cruises, Grand Circle Cruise Line, Holland America Line, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Seabourn Cruises, Tauck Cruises, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Viking River Cruises.
As with our other 2018 website upgrades the template is red, black and white and is mobile-friendly. In the center of the main page is a selection of posts for each cruise line. There is an internal search feature with top navigation links to each cruise line as well as our main navigation which quickly takes you to other websites in our network and our network footer which also will take you to other websites in the Cruise Ship Wave Network.
Since the topic of the website is “complaints”, we only post negative passenger comments or complaints. If they were resolved by the cruise line, we post that too. That said, this is not a website for bashing the cruise line. On the contrary, many of the complaints show the kind of passengers the cruise line deals with everyday and in some cases, how unreasonable some passengers can be. As you read through them, you will see what I mean.
There are currently more than 100 complaints and weekly updates will increase to give you a better idea how each cruise line does business. The complaints will be archived and sorted by topic through the tags at the bottom of each complaint.
