Once again, there are disorganized showers and thunderstorms located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands which are associated with a tropical wave.
Last week TD 4 formed but never organized enough to become a named storm. Some gradual development is possible through the week while this system moves westward at about 20 mph across the tropical Atlantic Ocean.
Will this storm system create TD 5 or become Atlantic Tropical Storm Don? There is a 20 percent chance of formation in the next 5 days.
