
Florence Childs, 81, wants to cruise in Europe and is ready to retire again. The Spokane pot store she opened Jan 2105, has sales of $700,000 with a license won in the state lottery is for sale.
Childs, a retired as a tax account before winning a pot store licence back in May 2014, when the state Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) held lottery for 334 store retail licenses.
Childs is now selling her 1,600 square-foot store, The Top Shelf. She plans to retire a second time saying “My ultimate dream has always been a European cruise with my daughter to visit as many countries as I can.” The Top Shelf has had almost $700,000 in sales since January 2015.
