For the North Atlantic…Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Storm Don,  located about 400 miles southeast of Barbados. Tropical Storm Don has maximum sustained winds of 45 mph with a forward movement of 17 mph and is located 405 miles east south east of Barbados, 515 miles east of Trinidad.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Grenada

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia

A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected somewhere within the warning area, in this case in the next 24 to 36 hours.

A Tropical Storm Watch means that tropical storm conditions are possible within the watch area, in this case in the next 24 to 36 hours.
